Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering
  • Vast work experience in Railway Site Projects 
  • Should have worked, supervised on various Indian railway project. 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Should be able to compose emails and work independently on MS Word and Excel
  • Able to read and modify railway drawings when requried
  • Retired Indian Railway Engineer with sound health is preferable.

  • Should be a resident of Mumbai or near by
  • Willing to travel to site and head office when required

Project Manager – Mechanical Engineer – International Project

Objective

  • Mechanical Engineer with minimum 15 – 20 years experience.

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing construction of  Workshop / Industrial units with other required utilities/ancillary works.
  • International exposure is preferable

Responsibilities would Typically include (but not be limited to):

  1. Actively be part of procurement process with contract/commercial department of all workshop equipment, civil and electrical materials
  2. Involved in technical bid analysis, negotiation, and tender awarding to contractors/suppliers of above said works.
  3. Prepare technical specification of equipment and execution of MEP works.
  4. Prepare project management global and local plan before start of any project.
  5. Prepare/Verify project execution schedule, quality and safety management plan which shall be submitted by contractor and project management consultant.
  6. Prepare material procurement plan based on the approved drawing and spec.
  7. Do contract management during execution of the work.
  8. Monitor Project QHSE and Quality assurance documents during the execution of the work.
  9. Responsible for erection, testing and commissioning of all MEP equipment and civil structures in coordination with PMC and OEM engineer

Project Planning Engineer – Civil Engineer – For International Project – 7 to 10 years work experience – No Fresher

Objective

  • Civil Engineer with minimum 7 to 10 years experience.

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate in Civil Engineering.
  • MS Office, Auto Cad and MS Project / Primavera

Responsibilities would Typically include (but not be limited to):

As a Planning engineer, following job responsibilities shall be performed

  1. Prepare scope and BOQ for tender for both consultant and contractor.
  2. Prepare project budget.
  3. Do day to do co-ordination with design as well as PMC for both design and execution related matters in line with project base line schedule.
  4. Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
  5. Prepare BOQ and BBS.
  6. Developed the Baseline Detailed Schedule for Project containing all civil project related works and continuously monitor progress against it.
  7. Update project schedule with actual progress and evaluate variances.
  8. Monitor the project resources/deliverables/ progress in daily basis and prepare the cost and time variance chart by using earned value management technique.
  9. Inform about time/cost overrun about the project immediately project manager in order to prepare delay/cost recoupment plan to avoid delay of the project schedule.
  10. Developed Project internal Budget, Cash flow and Invoicing plans.
  11. Generate Extra Work Claims, Variation Orders, Change Orders and Time delay Extensions.
  12. Developed recovery schedule and project analysis for the delay in progress.
  13. Carryout periodic assessments and Generate weekly/Monthly Project Status Presentation.
  14. Attend Monthly and Weekly meetings.
  15. Follow-up dispatch and monitor the actions internally with project team members.
  16. Overall Coordination of Project to meet target dates.
  17. Do documentation of the project and keep record keeping.
  18. Prepare Approved Vs Executed/consumed budget report.

Objective

  • Entrusted with senior-level engineering tasks including calculations, written responses to owners’ concerns and project closeout report. 
  • Coordinated with clients/ contractors to establish action plans to correct progress deficiencies and maintain schedules for the case of Project Management Work
  • Knowledge of National and International codes and standards will be considered as asset.
