Consultancy for connectivity of proposed Rail Infrastructure of Nargol Port Pvt Ltd in Gujarat to Dedicated Freight Corridor

• Reviewed the rail alignment corridor/junction/yard layout etc. identified in the pre-feasibility report
• Prepared requirements for flyovers/ road over bridges, road under bridges and level crossings and interchanges.
• Carried out hydraulic and hydrological studies
• Prepared cross sections showing railway /road configuration based on the projected traffic with clear provisions of future expansion
• Prepared designs for the rail alignment (horizontal & vertical)
• Defined the system of train operations within the overall system and facilities
• Prepared the Engineering Scale Plan showing the take off point, alignment and in-plant yard
• Estimated the number of shunting locomotives
• Prepared drawings for Overhead Equipment arrangements, signaling and telecommunication arrangements, takeoff arrangements, lead line and in –plant yard
• Prepared designs for flexible and rigid pavement, junction design, drainage design, structures design
• Prepared the land acquisition plan
• Prepared cost estimates covering road and rail components
